利用诱变技术培育和利用棉花染色体易位系和初级单体
@@ Over 200 disomie plants with translocations of cotton were recovered as heterozygotes following used by four types of treatments: combined treatment of seeds with colchicines and γ-rays,irradiation of seeds by fast and thermal neutrons and γ-irradiation of pollen. Numbers of translocations obtained were differed in M1, M2and M3 generation after irradiation and after treatment by different doses of irradiation.
